Although the rune does say that the effect cannot be stacked, that is only in reference to itself. If Unholy Rites clones an Aquarius or if another one who also has this rune equipped comes into play, that Max HP will stack because it is seen by the game as a unique rune. The same Aquarius cannot be revived over and over to stack this effect, however.
